  I have 2 accounts with ADT, home and business. I haven't been able to use my home system in months because they want to charge me to come fix their equipment even though I pay them monthly. My business is there same way, pay them monthly but their equipment is malfunctioning and they want more money. I refuse to pay more on principle. I would gladly cancel today but they have me in a contract. I now pay for a system I can't use. Really displeased with ADT
