  I was so impressed with this store. I am used to the Nolensville Road store located in Nashville, TN. The associates were perfectly nice and helpful there, but the store was older and not located in the best area. Upon walking up to the Madison location, I was very impressed with the size and look of a newer store. I had never been into a recently built Babies R Us and I feel that it rivals a Buy Buy Baby store. The associates were all very friendly and before I even drove to the location they were all very sweet and helpful over the phone. The manager Shaun/Sean that I spoke with was very nice. There was one associate that I was especially impressed with named Collin. He is a very nice young gentleman with a very high level of professionalism. He assisted me in purchasing a car seat. Collin helped me compare models and took a lot of time helping me make an educated decision. He was so patient and spent a lot of time with me. This man deserves a raise! It’s 20 miles from my house, but I was so impressed with this store that I would make the drive again!

  Came here just to look at strollers in person before buying online. Has a fantastic selection of car seats and strollers sitting out to look at. Has basically anything you would need at all for babies. Also every single employee that walked by us asked if we needed help, personally I think that's something to brag on. Some great employees/managers there!
