    I contact the Banana at Greens Hills in Nashville,TN to purchase a sportcoat that was not available locally. Wow, what a professional staff. The clent specialist Shandra M. was very courtess and helpful and also sold me additonal items just by mention the promotions. I must say I was blown away about there outstanding customer service. I am Lux cardmember and I will shop there over the phone and in store again!!! Thanks Shandra, Joel and staff

    I am so disappointed in this store. I made some Valentine purchases there about 2 weeks ago. When I went to check out it appeared that there was a manager there and a new store clerk. The manager made it clear that she did not want to check anyone out. The new clerk hesitated when asked to do it. The new clerk told me that this was her first time checking anyone out. she did not fold the clothes but just plopped them in the bag. It took an inordinate amount of time to ring it all up. The manager or someone with experience should have been observing her do this. I made the purchases and left. When I went to wrap up the purchases to gift I noticed that the security tags were left on the clothes. I do not live in Nashville. I live over an hour away. I called the store and explained the situation. The person I spoke to on the phone stated that I would have to bring them to the store to have them removed. I explained how inconvenient all of this was but I was not given an apology. I feel that a better job of customer service should have been done at the time of checkout and that I should have been given a sincere apology for the less than stellar way all of this was handled.
