  We were impressed right away with the customer service provided by this family business. It took us a long time to make the decision to proceed with selecting carpeting and having it installed. Judson Allen couldn't have been more customer oriented or patient, never pushing us to make a decision. He suggested which carpeting to use for our own particular needs and lifestyle, which was not the most expensive option. We were also impressed that the installers have worked for Buddy Allen Carpet for many years; they did a great job. We are very pleased both with our choice of carpeting and with the personal service we received.

  I recently contacted Buddy Allen to match up my hardwood floors for my master bedroom. The floors I had were placed six years ago so I had no idea if my particular wood was even available. I worked with Julie Smiertka and she was awesome! She even contacted the builder of my home to find the exact flooring I had. The consultation was easy and the guys were out the following week to lay the floor!! The team that came was also wonderful. The were prompt and professional and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. We are so pleased, we will likely have our bonus room done in the near future. Thank you Julie and the Buddy Allen team!!
