  Purchased XKGlow lighting package for daughters 2010 Maxima. Worked with Logan who was very helpful. I set up appointment right after Christmas to have lighting installed on interior and exterior of car. They did a great job and daughter is extremely happy with lighting package and controls. She just experienced a problem with one exterior light strip in front of car. I contacted Logan first thing this morning 01/22 and he said to bring car in today. We did so and they immediately took her car straight back to shop, corrected problem which was a wiring issue which apparently was caused by running over some object that pulled a wire loose and we were on our way within 1-1/2 hours. Logan and the techs who worked on my daughters car provided exceptional service. Thank you Cartronics Madison Tennessee store for great work and customer service! Darrell
