  I feel like I'm one of the only young women in this area who doesn't like Charming Charlie because I'm not a huge jewelry person. But I tried coming in here, and someone greeted me with a bright smile and a "How may I help you?" Upon hearing this, I automatically left.

  The store is beautiful and well organized, but we received terrible service here. As a former CC employee at a different location, I was disappointed to not be greated when I walked in the store and when we weren't offered help at any point in our hour-long visit. Furthermore, during checkout, we tried to use coupons and were met with eye-rolls and obvious exasperation. It was an overall disappointing experience at one of my favorite stores.
