  I have been with CSS for 4 years now and they have provided me with excellent service. From installation to customer service to billing, the entire process has been seamless. They even provide local customer service - no phone menus, operators or corporate numbers. When I call with questions, a live person answers the phone. I highly recommend CSS to anyone that wants to protect their home and family. Update 3/2/18: I’ve now been with CSS for 7 years. I’ve recently added home audio (Sonos), Ring doorbell, and phone/app controlled deadbolts and lights with them. Most impressive, the same tech that installed my system 7 years ago installed my latest additions...that could only be a testament for how well the company is run. I still highly recommend CSS for any alarm, home audio and home automation needs. They truly are the best.
