  I was doing some holiday shopping there over the weekend and left a item I had purchased from another store for my granddaughter for Christmas. I called a few days later and spoke to a very nice gentleman that was very considerate. After I explained to him that I was from out of town but needed the item for Christmas he was willing to ship the item for me to ensure I got it. I am happy to say my package arrived today. He was a true Christmas angel. It was nice to interact with someone that was willing to take the time out of what I am sure is a very hectic schedule for them and display the true meaning of the season.

  H&M is my favorite store but this one has got to be the most horrible location. Bad customer service and when I got home I remembered not getting a receipt because I thought the guy that was ringing me up put it in my bag and he was very rude . Some of these employees don’t even greet or smile at their customers. I will not come back to this H&M try going to another H&M like at cool springs their employees are so nice.
