When I was in panic mode looking for a new $120 lock to replace the broken one, Chuck approached me and asked what I needed help with. I explained the situation and he told me he could actually fix my broken lock right then in the store (It took him about ten minutes to fix). I can't rave enough about the great customer service I received today. Chuck is the jam!
