If anyone who has posted for this place a review of anything more than 2 stars, they are a shill. After only ~10 minutes, I will write this place off. I am sure the previous owner sold this place to Loves for all of the reasons already listed. As soon as traffic dies down in Nashville, I'm the hell outta here!
