  Terrible, I repeat terrible customer service. It’s a shame because it’s a nice store, and as long as you don’t need help or have a return you won’t have a problem. Staff is generally incompetent and slow.

  Customer service in this particular store SUCKS. There is No One available to answer questions, No One willing to help load heavy items, No One on the floor to assist a customer in any way. A horrible excuse for a retail chain. The guy in lumber is a broken down 90yr old man. The whole place is pathetic, consistently. And ANYONE who rates this store above 1 star is probably an employee or management. Ridiculous.

  Lowes is not a bad store I feel. The folks in the paint and outdoors dept. here are good. However, the staff in general seem to not be very customer centric and I've had several occasions where fellow customers have helped me with a question before the staff was available to do so.

  This rant is about their poor selling and installation process. I picked out a storm door to be installed at my residence on February 16. At that time, I paid a fee to have someone come out and measure for the door. I was told someone would call to schedule that within 48 hours. They actually called that evening so it looked like this would be a speedy job. They came out on the 20th to measure and said nothing about when we'd be contacted again. They called on the 23rd to say the door was ready and to come in and pay for it. We paid for it on the 24th and were told we'd be contacted in 24 to 48 hours to schedule installation. We had not heard from them by the 28th so we called them. After much trouble getting around the voice mail system with unanswered calls and dropped calls we finally talked with someone who said the installers had just been informed the door was ready for pick-up and we had to wait 24 to 48 hours more for them to call to set an installation time. So far, we are two weeks into this process and still don't have a door let alone an installation date. This door is a regular glass storm door, nothing special. Beware if you need a door installed quickly.
