  I was racially profiled today at this store by a lady named Kinsey. she actually works at the finish line. I went to Macy's to buy a clone and while I was trying one of the clones she came up to me and said, I need to be careful and people are watching! I asked her what she mean by that expression (I need to be careful), she replied, she don't have to explain anything to me. Just because I am a black male and I was wearing a hat, she automatically assumed that i am a thief. this was one of the most disrespectful, degrading and shocking experience I ever had in a shopping mall. I spoke with the store manager at Macy's named Brenda, and she promised me that she will follow up with this racist employee and she will then follow up with me. I also called the customer care line for both Finish line and Macy's and filled a complaint. I will be calling the corporate office for Macy's and Finish line tomorrow. this is unacceptable! people should not be racially profiled based on their appearance.
