  I'd like to single out my sales rep, Angela Stewart. I walked in last night, and it was the first time I was buying a nice bed for myself. I had no clue what to do. She asked me questions to get to know my sleeping habits, my back issues, and was super understanding from the start. As soon as she said "don't worry about how cheap or expensive it is, let's focus on what makes you comfortable" she won my trust. The experience was quick, helpful and I ended up buying an awesome set! I can't wait to have it delivered tomorrow. I was not expecting the experience to be so good, so I'm giving this all 5 stars, thanks to Angela's amazing customer service and sales skills.
