  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. They are very inconsiderate and make every effort to get out of honoring the 10 year warranty. Over the past 9 years we lost our receipt, and when we asked them to look us up in their computer system, we were told our info wasn't updated into their new system which is not what we were told on a previous call about 2 years prior. Now we're told we'd have to have a receipt, and if not, they refuse to do anything to help us. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM ! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS !!

  I purchased one of their "top-of-the-line" Sertas there after trying it in the store. It had the memory foam pillow top and I considered it a medium firm feeling mattress and seemed solid enough. Even though it's called "Perfect Day", I would call it Torturous Night. The foam doesn't breathe at all and smothers you at night. In a few months, the foam gives way and this $2k bed becomes a bottomless pit, and for one who already suffers back problems, it compounds the pain I already have. The warranty is a joke. With a 2 1/2" pit in the top, they said "There's nothing we can do for you today", when confronted with the facts of this defective product. Keep yourself and money far away from this store. I wanted to keep my business here in Bellevue, but ended up getting my pocket picked for my efforts.

  On November 29, 2017 I purchase my second bed from David Shields at the Mattress King in Bellevue. David did an excellent job. He was so much help in helping decide on the Mattress that was perfect for me. I was on a walker due to broken bones in my hip and David helped me around the store trying out mattress and when I decided to purchase he allowed me to sit down while he brought all the paperwork to me. He suggested that I purchase things like a mattress cover, to which I bought as well as other options. He was not pushy but knowledgeable. Once done David helped me outside and into my vehicle. David represented Mattress King with friendly, professional knowledgeable service. He is definitely an asset to your organization. Thank You, David. Tom Burnside.
