Reviews about Merdan Comp Tech

We have a desktop with the tower on the floor. There was a drink on it and it got knocked over. Well, of course, the computer died. I called the Geek Squad and they wanted $40 just for the diagnostic, then said from what I explained that it would cost about $400 to fix. So I put my computer in my car thinking maybe I'd see a place on Charlotte on my way to Costco. The person I was with pointed it out, as I passed it not seeing the sign, so keep your eyes open. It's across from a huge Boost Mobile sign. I went in and explained what happened and the funny buzz it was giving me instead of booting up. The guy said bring it in for a free diagnostic. So I did. As I did, the tall guy wearing his Florida Gators wind breaker walked in (Michael), and I told him what happened as well. He said "well let's take a look." I already had it opened (which he made fun of me for because I broke the tabs holding it in place). He plugged it in and immediately told me it was my memory. He pulled out the two memory cards and said this one is fried. So he plugged in new memory cards into all the slots and tested each slot on the computer. And they all worked! He told me a new card would cost about $30. I said okay. He ran some other tests on it and between the two guys, they worked on it for just over an hour. They cleaned it out, put it back together as best as the could, which included some duct tape because I had broken it. I was wondering how much it was going to be because they had spent so much time on it. After taxes, the new memory card, and labor, he charged me a total of $38 and change. It's worked perfectly ever since. They didn't make me wait, didn't try to pull any nonsense, and the guys were very funny and friendly the entire time. As long as I live in Nashville, I will go here and recommend everyone that has computer problems!
