  When you enter the Otis James shop it is small a glimpse into a world of excellence and impeccable craftsmanship. There is no denying the amount of attention and detail that goes in to anything that makes it on the shelf; it is apparent when you glance through the studio window, browse through the shop, or chat with Otis as he passes through on his way out. I love going in and witnessing the personal consideration of Otis taking measurements for an excited patron for their first handmade hat. Whether you are interested in formal wear, tailor-made garments or art, I would encourage anyone to stop by and say hi to Otis and his incredible staff, and see all I have mentioned at its highest level. Any time there is an opportunity for me to mention Otis James tend to go on and on. I'm a genuine fan.
