  Understaffed. This store has been open for approximately 1 week and I went in for the first time today. They only had 1 employee working and he was having to try to cover the sales floor and front end. So basically no customer service standards being practiced. Nobody greeting or asking if they can help you, because nobody is working. I called the customer service number and was told they have no idea if that's typical of petsmart or not, which to me means it is. I will not be back and will continue to shop at the other 3 pet stores in Bellevue.
