  We have been a Protection One customer for over 20 years. We decided to go with a less expensive alarm company. We tried by phone, by letter, and again and again by phone and by follow up with a letter to cancel the service. They passed us from one rep to another, and we kept telling them to cancel the service. We received two more monthly bills, and a collection call, after repeatedly telling them we were canceling the service. If I could give them a lower rating, I would. Their customer service is atrocious. There are too many good alternatives for alarm service to put up with this sort of nonsense.

  Terrible customer service, terrible quality of products and definitely NOT worth a penny much less what they charge for service. Save your money and time and go with anyone else.
