  The people that work there are the worst... I was shopping at the Nashville west location with my sister and I always shop there so my sister and I spent around 40 dollars at the store. And then we left the store it was around 8:30 when we left... so I went shopping at Ross and other store but then I found out that I have lost my card I stared thinking where did I lose it I was like maybe at the rue 21 bc I went in the dressing room and tried clothes on. I was like Maybe it fell . I went back then she was like we are closed she was doing in body language. She was looking and laughing at me and my dad. she didn't even talk to me she kept on ignoring and hiding and called the cops on me and told the cops that I was trying to rob the store. She already know that I wasn't even trying to rob or do anything bc she knows me as customer, just bc I wanted to ask her one simple question she called the cops. This is really rude the worse customer service ever... me and my family always shop there and that's how they treated us.

  I just went to return some items and as I was at the counter I asked how the woman's day was and she looked at me rolled her eyes and proceeded to return my items. It was not busy and she was very disrespectful. I do not recommend going to the Nashville West location. This is not the only time she has helped me and been rude. Will not be shopping anylonger with Rue 21.
