Should of never moved it to Madison. Mt juliet were a cool and convenient. This place is always packed and I guess not enough people. Was called to come pick up my phone and there is a wait to pick up your phone? This Is a 5 star hating this place. You need either more experience on the floor or more employees on deck to control the flow of the customers getting them in and out instead of signing in waiting to pick up a Repaired phone.

My husband and I switched to Sprint to save money. They are half the price of other carriers for a very good reason. When we switched from AT&T, Sprint said that they were going to pay our remaining balance with AT&T for switching. The employee told us we could keep the phone we had and everything would be taken care of. A couple months later we got a collections bill from AT&T because the balance had not been paid. So we went to this store to figure out why. Apparently the original employee should have taken my phone from AT&T, so we go back home to get it. The screen is cracked (it was cracked from the very beginning) and they told us that we needed to get it fixed before they could take it... We basically said no, they should have told us that from the beginning, and they took the phone. A couple weeks later we get ANOTHER collections bill. We go BACK to the Sprint. They don't know what's going on, they say their district manager will probably be in later that week and yada yada. So here we are 10 MONTHS LATER- we are paying $350 to AT&T and Sprint is going to "credit" our account for the amount. Our bill is due in 5 days and the so-called "credit" has yet to be seen. We called yesterday, the main employee we've been talking to lost our number to be able to make the credit happen. All of that to say, these people are incredibly incompetent. I knew getting into this that the cell service would probably be compromised, but I was not expecting a complete lack of regard from the entire staff at the place- from the regular workers to the district manager. As soon as our lease with our phones we are returning to AT&T.

Had a fantastic customer experience with Luis, but kid with glasses (Brendon or Brandon?) wouldn’t shut up. He threw insults at other co-workers while Luis & I were trying to talk. Some of the language used was not what any professional should be saying in front of customers.
