  Jeff was AWESOME! He was knowledgeable, positive, and patient. He helped us understand the various online and in-store promotional offers available through Sprint. He explained how each promotional would or would not benefit us and he spoke with individuals in various departments within Sprint to determine which packages provided the best value, etc. Jeff was very positive and patient with us. He answered all of my questions and some I had not thought about. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a new phone, adding service or lines, updating an existing account, or setting up a new account with Sprint.
