  Do not waste your time at this store. I don't know if all the staff is like this, but the ones I dealt with were absolutely clueless. Nice, but clueless. They tried to convince me to buy a ridiculous data package that I did not need as a single person because none of them could figure out how to switch me over from Verizon. You are better off going to a different store (I immediately went to the Old Hickory Blvd location where I was taken care of VERY well). It is not a reflection on Sprint--just this store in particular.
