  Just put my product down and walked out. After 5 minutes of waiting in line while staffers chatted with friends at the register. Processing a return it seemed. Chatting about boyfriends and texting and what not. Absolutely no concern about customers. Then expressed fake shock that we would walk out on their terrible service. Waste of time to shop here. And to make it extra special, the manager, in her little gray Christmas sweater, was cheerfully participating in the whole debacle! Worthless to even complain.
