  If I could give them a -star, I would. Unbelievable! They were supposed to honor Comcast's $79/month deal and it never happened. That was 6 months ago. I called every month to have it adjusted, each time, after holding for 12-20minutes, they assured me it was fixed. But it continued to add up, tacking on premium channels and charging me a $20/month for insurance even though I never ordered it and tried to have those charges removed 4 times! This last call was made to cancel it, it took me over an hour, disconnected and calling back to explain 2 more times, each time I was transferred and this last person, Dion, ARGUED with me over the termination fee! Really At&t? Part of the family for 10years and this is how I'm treated? I'm Done.

  Local manager has little to no authority and a comensurate amount of empathy and understanding of customer service. Anybody can rattle off policies. A true leader/manager gets things done
