Nori and Shannon (the manager) were so helpful, going out of the way to explain our phones and the plan to us. I had talked at length with Shannon on the phone a few weeks before our visit, and I was so impressed that I looked no further for our purchase. Cannot overemphasize the great customer service you will receive here!
