  We hired Terminix to encapsulate my crawl space. There is no way to speak directly with someone locally regarding any of their services especially if you have problems. Everything has to go through the national call center in Dallas. They never return calls when asked to nor do they complete work on time. To add insult to injury they bill you before they complete all of the work . Terminix are great for bugs but wouldn't recommend them for other services. They should stick with what they do best. Their call center is not bad for most things except when you want to speak to someone locally then forget it.
