  I went to this establishment to rent a tux for my son's senior prom. We found a nice tux and was told that the tux will be delivered to this establishment two day prior to the prom. The prom is on a Saturday, so we had to pick it up on a Thursday. Thursday comes ,we go around 6pm . We get there and was told that the tux will be there the following morning.( no one called me with theses changes!) so we go back on friday morning and was told that it's still no there! (Now I'm livid!) I calmly asked the gentleman why didn't he call me and let me know what's going on? He had nothing to say. I told him that my son had a professional photo shoot that he has to do TODAY!!! And he has to go to prom the following day. The gentleman was not apologetic one bit. He couldn't care less about the inconvenience . I told him that I'm doing businesses with you, giving you my money. All I'm asking is for you to have some kind of customer service geesh!! He then proceeds to tell me that I can't get a discount and I can cancel if I want to . I will never do business with this company again! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMMUNICATION!!
