  Please train your front desk people... “oh just go to the ER” is not an acceptable response for someone who has walked in DURING your stated business hours. “we have stopped taking patients” is not an acceptable response when someone’s health is on the line. You are a WALK IN CLINIC. You cater to the patients needs and to be rude on top of that is unnacceptable. Go up the road to urgent care, they are way nicer and accepted us at 6:59 when they close at 7. Remember patients pay YOUR paycheck.
