I ended up not having any service at all for over 24 hours, unable to get help from Verizon online or on the phone! I walked in here and they straightened it all out - even though I didn't spend a dime in their store! I walked out with a fully functioning phone and account. I could not have fixed this myself. Next time I need a new phone I'm heading straight in here! Thanks Devon McCormick! You rock!
